[Oscars Fashion 2013]

Xiang and I both took long and relaxing ski trips over the weekend so, like most of everyone, we watched the Oscars the next day and Hulu was gracious enough to provide a free stream of the ceremony. Can we make this a tradition please? There were a lot of great movies this year so it was hard to decide who would win the top honors but everyone who went home with a statue definitely deserved it. Of course, we can't let this event pass without at least sharing some of our favorite looks from the most fashionable night of the year.

Zoe Saldana
In the my eyes, Zoe Saldana can do no wrong when it comes to fashion and this dress proves it. This Alexis Mabille ombre dress is a little reminiscent of the dress she wore to the Oscars last year but like I said, Zoe Saldana can do no wrong when it comes to fashion.

Salma Hayek
Salma Hayek deserves a mention for being able to make a simple Alexander McQueen dress look so elegant. I'm a big fan of the intricate beading as well as the classic silhouette.

Kerry Washington
Kerry Washington is not someone you see around all that often, but when you do, she makes it count. We loved her in Django Unchained and now we love her in Miu Miu!

Samantha Barks
Not only did she have one of the best dresses but I felt like she had one of the best stage performance dresses as well. We're looking forward to seeing Samantha Barks in a lot more dresses but this Valentino one does the trick.

Jennifer Lawrence
Jennifer Lawrence was definitely the star of the Oscars this year so it's hard to mention the ceremony without mentioning her. Very much like Zoe Saldana, Jennifer Lawrence can do no wrong when it comes to red carpet fashion and we adore this Dior dress as well as the back necklace.

Louise Roe
I've never heard of Louise Roe but my, doesn't she look stunning in this tulle Monique Lhuillier dress?
