In the Mood for Polka Dots

Remember the Alameda Vintage Fair post back in February? I got a pair of 70's frames at the fair and I recently had real lenses added to them. Lately I've also been very keen on polka dots.

I saw this vintage blouse at a boutique store while I was visiting Chicago. I love the subtleties in the design: puff sleeves, unique neckline and the dots are of various sizes & colors but the colors are slightly faded.
